When a police officer signals for you to pull over, you should stop as far off of the road as you can. You must provide your driver's license, insurance proof and registration information to the officer. Be polite and do not argue. You should not admit that you committed a traffic violation or give more information than is needed. If you are arrested, ask for a lawyer and avoid submitting to an interrogation.
